Delete your Homyu account

If you have the Homyu mobile app installed:

1. Open Homyu
2. Go to Profile
3. Open Settings (gear icon)
4. Tap Legal & Privacy
5. Scroll to the bottom of that screen
6. Tap Remove my account permanently
7. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your Homyu account will be deleted permanently. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the Homyu app, email us from the address linked to your account:

support@homyu.de

Include:

• Subject: Homyu account deletion request
• The email address of your Homyu account
• A short confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted

We will process Homyu account deletion requests within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).

When you delete your Homyu account, we remove personal data associated with that account, including for example:

• Profile information (name, photos, bio, preferences)
• Listings you created in Homyu
• Chat / messaging data tied to your account
• Account authentication data

Some limited records may be retained where required by law (for example fraud prevention or legal obligations). See our Homyu Privacy Policy for details.
