Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Homyu → Profile → Settings → Legal & Privacy → scroll to the bottom → Remove my account permanently. Or use our account deletion page. All personal data is removed within 30 days.
How do I report a user?
Open their profile or chat, tap the menu (⋯), and choose Report. Our team reviews reports as quickly as possible.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap Forgot password and follow the email link to reset it.
Is Homyu a dating app?
No — Homyu is for flatshares, WG life, rooms, and community events. Match & chat help you connect with the right crew, not random dates.
